  2. Go outside and breathe in some fresh air. Take a walk and enjoy your surroundings.

  8. Do something nice for someone. How does it make you feel when someone does something nice for you? Surprise someone.
  9. Deep, slow breathing. Focus on one thing in the room and breathe in and out slowly.
